My career started with hands-on work in both design and coding, which gave me a strong technical foundation. Over the years, I've worked with well-known companies like Bank of America, 5/3 Bank, Conduent Healthcare, AAA Insurance and more, where I focused on creating user-friendly designs. As I grew, I moved into leadership—managing projects, mentoring designers, and aligning user needs with business goals. I’ve also continued learning, earning a UX certification from Nielsen Norman Group and leadership training from Harvard. Now, I’m excited to bring this full range of experience—from design and development to team leadership—to help create products that are both useful and easy to use.
